All three books early printing of the first US editions. 1955, 55, 56 All with correct points for 1st edition, 2nd impressions/printing books and jackets. Note- US and UK sheet impressions don't match. different impression UK sheets were used in different US printings. Fellowship is the 3rd impression UK sheets. The jackets are second printing, the books more easily called the 2nd US release. All maps nice, overall very good and present well despite various age related flaws. Set priced much lower due to damage to FotR jacket. RotK 2nd printing VG book and jacket, unclipped, wear to edges of jacket with clear tape on corners and spine ends, book has inscription on ffep, scuffing to cloth on lower edge. no lean, pages tight and bright. TT 2nd printing VG book and jacket, unclipped jacket has tattering to spine ends, especially head, covers nice, light fading to book spine, no marks or lean, pages bright. FotR 2nd printing, fading to book spine with minor scuffing to cloth on all edges. Oringinal FotR, GG, dust jacket missing most of the spine paper with tatering to all edges.
