Viking Press. Fine jacket, bright and clean, colors as-new. Book is near fine, boards as new, pages bright, binding tight. Pink top edge with rough outside edge to pages. These were cheaply printed compared to later titles with various print related flaws. Period signed and inscribed; To Bob many thanks Wilbur. This is a rare period signed (c1964) association copy as there were no signings for the Viking edition. The Viking printing preceeded the Heinemann UK edition in printing, however both released the same time. Lion did not so well in the US at the time, thus the UK copy is more popular.
